In the park
He met me in the park
I came despite the warnings of my friends
took my hand in the dark
I shiver as the ferris wheel ascends
surrounded by the painted colors
blocking out the night
he was the pawn of something sinister
but it all felt so right
and then he left me sitting on the wall
as he went to buy me candy
they told me not to fall in love
but it was too late to save me.
I was lured to his meeting
in a glass pavilion on the sea
whispered secrets in his ear
he pretended not to hear me
but when everyone was gone,
he kept me there. his newest sister
as the sunlight slowly faded
he held me close. I kissed his lips
my hair tangled with his fingertips
he brought me before his master
I became an emissary for space adventure.
The code was changed, a cry for help
of a prisoner below.
